You need to submit your failed device to our nearest lab or Free Pickup can be arranged depending on the distance from our office. Once we receive the device our team starts its diagnosis to understand the issue, recovery possibility and tentative time required for data recovery.
Our service department will give you a firm price quote, if you find this quote acceptable, we will perform a financial risk-free data recovery attempt. Our engineers will get your device running well enough to transfer your binary data 1’s and 0’s to a healthy Techchef storage device. After this is done our engineer will begin the process of converting all those 1’s and 0’s into your recognizable data. If you are happy with the data that our engineers were able to recover, you can choose to have your recovered data returned on your any other back up drive or you can purchase a new drive from Techchef. You should immediately review your recovered data and make a backup of it. After a grace period of 7 days, your data will be wiped off from our servers.
